From choosing and expanding upon a custom design until the final coat of paint dries, your satisfaction is our priority WTA Properties. Sit down with us and share your wants and needs with our company.
View past WTA homes and floor plans to find the right home that fits your needs.
We will physically go to your lot to evaluate the home site and provide feedback for custom home.
We will work with you and come up with the best design and layout for your project based.
WTA Properties will provide you with the cost of your home based on plans and specs.
Upon approval we will sign all necessary contracts as well as provide client with a project timeline.
We will break ground and construction will begin.
Upon completion we will do a thorough inspection and final walk through.
